Koeno is a passionate and international senior executive with many years of experience in strategic marketing, new markets & brand licensing markets, business development, business operations & transformation, change management and with an interest in mobility and the energy transition. During his extensive and international career in BP Oil, he has developed and repositioned businesses in Europe, South Africa, South America and Asia. Also actively leading operational units in some geographies and businesses like B2C retail, B2B commercial fuels and B2B Fleet management. In addition, he has relevant experience in strategic head office environments and related activities. He has a clear track record in getting businesses from concept to competitive operational levels including management of multi-cultural and diverse teams. Most recently the creation of a new B2C retail fuels business in India, Indonesia and Mexico. In 2021 Koeno left BP and joined Petrogenium in 2022 with responsibilities including leading the downstream practice for marketing & customer focused businesses.
