The Petrogenium Managing Capital Projects in the Front-End course will offer practical guidance to participants on how to manage and approve multi-disciplinary and multifunctional projects in the front-end, from project kick-off to Final Investment Decision. Application of this course will enable participants to effectively reduce the project recycles, delivery delays and increased costs that have negative impacts on overall economics and resulting in loss of credibility in delivering projects as per promises. This objective is achieved through the implementation of industry-leading practices in Front-End Loading, Integrated Project Management, and Governance decision-making.
This Petrogenium. course focuses on senior individuals with a minimum of 10 years experience in their discipline and in capital projects. Participants should hold a senior position with responsibilities for leading and integrating various aspects of capital projects. This includes senior professionals in project support functions (Project Services, C&P, Technology, Operations & Maintenance, Construction). Another key target audience are individuals in project governance roles, whether they represent the operator, joint-venturers, or government regulatory and oversight bodies. This course will greatly deepen their understanding of the essential elements required to successfully deliver projects before endorsing concepts and designs.
