Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Training Course

Petrogenium’s five-day onsite course equips maintenance planners and schedulers with proven reliability-based techniques and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) tools to enhance workflow prioritization, optimize workpack development, and apply Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling effectively. Through hands-on case studies and KPI driven analysis, participants learn to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and strengthen asset reliability across maintenance, operations, and support functions.

Participants

This Petrogenium course can be tailored for awareness/inexperienced staff, for intermediate and for experienced personnel. Furthermore the course can be customized for a specific refinery, plant or unit. The option for post-course consultancy/help-desk support is also available.
