Frontline Assessor Training

Consultant/Trainer: Karel Groffen

Employees managing major accident risks are frontline employees who are directly performing Safety Critical Activities that prevent the occurrence or escalation of major accidents (e.g. fatalities, fires, explosions, loss of well control, large hydrocarbon spills, transport related accidents). Having qualified Frontline Assessors available is key to ensure staff in frontline positions remain competent based on proper demonstration of Skill Competences.

Petrogenium’s Frontline Assessor Training* covers the assessment standards, process steps, skills, and qualities required to help frontline assessors assess using a consistent, standardised methodology, and assure safety and reliability at their site. It will also cover some of the common assessor mistakes which assessors can fall into and enable you to be able to provide feedback based on the assessment. Target audiences: frontline people working within high risk environments in the Upstream, LNG, Downstream and Renewable business.
