Sarah is a passionate people person who has 20+ years’ experience in the recruitment and headhunting arena. Her work focuses on sourcing individuals for Technical, Engineering and Specialist Senior roles, and she is experienced handling highly confidential searches, large advertising recruitment campaigns and a cross section in between.

Sarah has consulted for a number of specialist Recruitment Agencies as well as serving at Director level for a London-based Engineering Consultancy.

A business mentor for several small to medium enterprises in the Southeast of England, providing board level support, sales training, recruitment services and other business-related services, as well as coaching for business startups and entrepreneurs. Sarah is also the founder of Pearson Drury, a boutique Search and Select Agency providing a highly tailored approach for its clients.

Outside of her work, Sarah is a Governor of a local Preparatory School.

Married with two adult children at university, she now uses her spare time to garden.
