Paul worked 38 years for Shell, where he had different roles in managing product quality for (bio)fuels, chemicals, bitumen, base oils, and waxes through the supply chain. He has worked on strengthening the product quality assurance aspects, training, and auditing both internal and external customers involved in the management of product quality.

In his free time Paul likes to do some running and play bridge.
