Jindrich Dvorak is a project manager and advisor in the energy sector. He specializes in energy regulation and legislation, strategy of energy companies, electricity and gas markets and project evaluation.

He studied economic theory at the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University in Prague (2000-2006). He studied applied economics in Belgium (2003-2004) and economic policy in Poland (2005) as part of his internships abroad.

During his professional career he worked at Deloitte Advisory as a manager (2013-2017), as a senior consultant (2011-2013), at Euroenergy as a consultant (2006-2011) and at the Netherlands-Czech Chamber of Commerce as an account manager (2006).

He currently works as an independent expert and advisor in the energy sector. He also works closely with the University of Economics in Prague on the setup and functioning of energy markets.

Jindrich Dvorak participated in projects for national authorities, key players in energy markets, commercial banks, investment funds and industry associations, in a role of a project manager and/or key expert. Projects have been implemented in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia and Bulgaria.

He is fluent in English, intermediate in Polish and German.
