Jeremy is a seasoned production manager with over 30 years of experience in world scale Polyethylene (PE) production operation and process technology. He has significant first-hand experience of mega project Commissioning and Start Up (CSU) planning, execution, and application of lessons learned. He has demonstrated leadership of diverse multi-disciplined teams and successful stakeholder engagement at all levels of own and partner organisations. Highlights of his experience include:​

• Planning for and delivering safe and successful commissioning and start-up of three world-scale PE units and supporting the commercialisation of multiple new products;
• Recruiting a team of over 80 staff, instilling a positive culture that cares for people and is empowered to self-perform, intervene, and so deliver safe and reliable production
• Identifying, developing and, through senior stakeholder engagement, gaining approval for significant PE Project scope changes to improve operational safety and efficiency​
• Designing, setting up, and initial programme managing of the Flawless Start-up Initiative for Gorgon LNG project​

Jeremy recently joined Petrogenium having completed 36 years of service with Shell and its joint ventures. ​
