Jeremy is a seasoned production manager with over 30 years of experience in world scale Polyethylene (PE) production operation and process technology. He has significant first-hand experience of mega project Commissioning and Start Up (CSU) planning, execution, and application of lessons learned. He has demonstrated leadership of diverse multi-disciplined teams and successful stakeholder engagement at all levels of own and partner organisations. Highlights of his experience include:
Planning for and delivering safe and successful commissioning and start-up of three world-scale PE units and supporting the commercialisation of multiple new products;
Recruiting a team of over 80 staff, instilling a positive culture that cares for people and is empowered to self-perform, intervene, and so deliver safe and reliable production
Identifying, developing and, through senior stakeholder engagement, gaining approval for significant PE Project scope changes to improve operational safety and efficiency
Designing, setting up, and initial programme managing of the Flawless Start-up Initiative for Gorgon LNG project
Jeremy recently joined Petrogenium having completed 36 years of service with Shell and its joint ventures.
