Gerry has been an independent consultant since 2002. Prior to 2002 he worked in refining positions progressing to business and operations manager. He has more than 30 years of global energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and government experience, including significant operating experience, as well as consulting experience at PwC, IBM and owned/operated his own consulting business in over 40 countries. He has advised clients across the energy, manufacturing, government, and healthcare sector, including refinery efficiency assessments, value chain, planning and scheduling optimization, process and organizational design, performance improvement and pipeline optimization. He has completed several major multi-year transformational projects for clients in Consulting, Transformational Change Management, and Project Management roles. Gerry has worked in many refineries both domestically and internationally in a variety of industry and consulting leadership roles improving operational and maintenance reliability. Gerry has had project management, team lead and SME roles in delivering bottom line financial benefits working with operations and maintenance teams. As an experienced consultant he has coached and mentored teams to achieve project objectives and financial results. Industry and consulting experience includes operations, maintenance, reliability, working capital, organizational design and change management to sustain results.
