She has excellent communication capabilities which allow efficient connectivity across the full organisation. Anneke can dive into contents details, whilst still taking care of people, and impact. She is strong on mentoring and coaching, all with a focus on key business deliverables.

Anneke brings experience across a range of areas including but not limited to multidisciplinary incident investigation root cause analysis with a focus on management system and opportunities for improvement, the understanding of manufacturing operational work processes and company ways of working throughout different levels; able to lead due diligence reviews.
